Solution description
The application serves for planning of company's personnel capacities. Human resources are assigned to individual projects and activities in time, according to their professional categorizations. It is possible to create and report coverage of the project's needs with individual resources and their utilization. It is also possible to form alternative scenarios for capacity utilization. In case of integration with the module Management and Authorization of Absences, it makes possible to prepare the project plan within the context of planned absences, as e.g. vacations. The purpose of this software module is not to replace project management software (e.g. MS Project) but to provide for maximum and optimal utilization of the company resources.
