Solution description
This employee performance management tool has been designed for evaluation of employees by their superiors, creation of goals and objectives for individuals and evaluation of their accomplishment (MBO), as well as the talent search. When the goals have been reached, the system allows for allocation of bonuses or profit sharing. Besides the evaluation of the given objectives, the module provides a possibility to distinguish personality development of employees (soft skills) and development of their working capabilities (hard skills). Module allows for administration of templates of work contracts (manager's) and following the data filled-in automatically generates the contracts to print.
