Solution description

This software module serves for registration of different types of assets and their assignment to internal employees, cost centers or external subjects (partners, customers). It allows for categorization of asset types as well as the creation of and the record on individual pieces. It provides processes for procurement, classification, transfer and clearance of assets. The module is designed to be integrated with the company ERP system as the base for employee structure and cost centers (partners, customers). Assets are labeled by a unique bar code, allowing for stocktaking by a bar code scanning process (with the aid of a mobile terminal - handheld) and an automatic online comparison with the accounting status of assets.
