Solution description
The goals of such a solution is to cover all main company processes by the electronic work - software. The beginning is the analysis of "as is" the company processes, modelling them and creating optimal "to be" solution. Next step is the development of the software tool that maximizes automation of work and increases effecivity of whole company. Software is integrated with the ERP or the other systems to bring all data and avoid duplicities. As an example of such a system we can mention solution which starts with developing the business leads via internet (B2C) and enables to existing customers to see their requests and personalized data directly in the internet (B2B). After receiving the request or order, its follows to the backoffice, where it is proceeded to the process workflow. All steps are electonized to maximize the automation of work and to eliminate mistakes. Software leads the employees from the beginning of the procedure to the goal. Reporting allows to see all the statistics of demand, proceedings effectivity, problems or sales numbers. The system is open to serve besides the office employees to the processes and employees in field with the use of mobile devices (warehouse, drivers, sales reps. etc.).
