The field force automation solution myAmbient went in to the production in Italmarket company. Sales representatives are equipped with Symbol MC35 mobile devices, where they have at hand CRM, product, stock, sale and other valued information. Software leads them from customer to customer and their tasks at POS. Identification of the procuct is direct by barcode scanning of the product in the store shelf. New system changes the sales business process and eliminates the paperwork. The goal is to increase the number of customer visits instead of the paperwork, and growth of the productivity at the POS and in the dealing with the customers. Result should be revenue increase, costs savings and strong controlling of the sales representatives in the field. myAmbient solution was delivered by Aston ITM company, integrated with ERP ESO from HT Solution company.
