Aston ITM will implement the new CRM in the Darex company, second hand vehicles dealer. It will be a custom developed solution managing life cycle of the vehicle from the purchasing monitoring through sales channels management to profitability reporting and employee performance compensation. As an innovation – sales representatives will be provided with all CRM information on the mobile device, which will support their sales effort in dealing with the customer. The goals are automation of the administration, so that the employees cas maximize their focus on the customer in all phases of the purchasing and sales cycle. The result is to make all processes more effective to increase the sales and reduce the administration costs.
