Aston ITM implements Absence tracking tool (ATT) system for Dell support center in Casablanca, Morocco. It is a second implementation of this system in Dell global company. The system was chosen for the french speaking support center on the basis of succesful run and development of Bratislava ATT solution for more than 5 years. Solution plans and tracks absences and utilisation of all telephone support employees and produces payroll and effectivity reports.
